An important note on scope. We are a mitigation and remediation contractor. Our services cover emergency response, water extraction, structural drying, remediation and cleanup. Our estimates do not include repairs or reconstruction — if your property needs rebuilding after mitigation, we'll say so directly and can refer you to a licensed general contractor.
Emergency Water Damage Mitigation
Water damage worsens by the hour. Materials absorb moisture, mold begins colonizing, and the affected area spreads well beyond where the water is visible.
Our water mitigation service includes:
- Emergency response and on-site assessment, including moisture mapping
- Extraction of standing water from floors, carpet and subfloor
- Placement of commercial air movers, dehumidifiers and air filtration
- Antimicrobial application to affected surfaces
- Removal and disposal of unsalvageable materials
- Daily moisture monitoring until documented dry standard is reached
- Complete drying log and photographic record
Water categories
Not all water damage is equal, and pricing reflects that. Category 1 is clean water from a supply line. Category 2 — grey water — carries contamination, such as a washing machine overflow or dishwasher discharge. Category 3 — black water — involves sewage, flooding from outside, or standing water that has gone stagnant, and requires significantly more containment, protective equipment and disposal.
We identify the category on site and explain what it means for your estimate before you approve anything.
Structural Drying & Documentation
Getting water out is the easy part. Getting a structure genuinely dry — including moisture inside wall cavities, under flooring and behind cabinets — is what prevents the secondary damage that turns a mitigation job into a reconstruction.
Our drying process includes:
- Moisture mapping to identify the full affected area, including areas that look dry
- Placement of commercial air movers and dehumidifiers sized to the space
- Air filtration to capture airborne particulate during the process
- Daily moisture readings at fixed monitoring points
- Adjustment of equipment as the structure dries
- A written drying log documenting readings against target dry standard
- Photographic record throughout
You receive the complete documentation package on completion. If you later file an insurance claim, that record is what supports it.
Biohazard & Trauma Cleanup
Some situations require more than cleaning. These jobs are handled discreetly, respectfully, and in compliance with regulations governing bloodborne pathogens and regulated medical waste.
We handle:
- Sewage backups and Category 3 water contamination
- Trauma and accident scene remediation
- Unattended death remediation
- Hoarding environments
- Infectious disease disinfection
- Odor removal and deodorization
All biohazardous material is disposed of through licensed regulated medical waste channels, with documentation provided.
Commercial Services
We work with property managers, facility teams and commercial building owners. Commercial accounts can be set up with purchase order requirements, net payment terms and priority response.
